Icelake Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP” or “content policy”) is part of the Terms of Service for Icelake. It describes what you may and may not do when using our website, applications, APIs, and related services (the “Service”).

Icelake is built for adult creative freedom and privacy-first AI. Uncensored does not mean unrestricted illegal activity. Adult fictional content among consenting adults (18+) is allowed. Certain categories of content are prohibited and may be blocked or result in account action.

By using the Service, you agree to this AUP, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

Violations may result in content blocks, account suspension, permanent ban, and reports to authorities where required by law. We may update this AUP from time to time; the “Last updated” date on this page reflects the current version.

2. Hard prohibitions (zero tolerance)

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, or attempt to generate:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated CSAM — any sexual or pornographic content involving anyone under 18, whether real or fictional, photoreal or illustrated (including anime genres such as loli/shotacon)
  • Sexual content involving minors in any form (text, image, video, audio, roleplay, or characters)
  • Grooming or child sexual exploitation facilitation
  • Nonconsensual intimate imagery (NCII) of real, identifiable people — including undressing, nudify, sexual deepfakes, or pornographic morphs of real persons without their consent
  • Any other content that is illegal under applicable law

We use automated filters and may act on reports. High-severity violations (CSAM / grooming) may result in immediate permanent banand reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or law enforcement when we have actual knowledge as required by law.

3. What is allowed

  • Adult (18+) fictional NSFW chat, roleplay, and image/video generation
  • Creative writing, research, and other legal uncensored uses that other platforms refuse
  • Characters and scenarios involving consenting adults only

4. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Icelake. Mature content features may require an age attestation. The Service is not directed to children.

5. Characters and roleplay

Mature characters must be explicitly aged 18 or older. Minor-coded sexual characters and sexual roleplay involving minors are prohibited regardless of fictional framing.

6. Images, edits, and real people

Do not use the Service to create nonconsensual intimate depictions of real people. Uploading a photo of someone and requesting undress, nudify, or sexual deepfake content is prohibited without that person's consent and may be blocked.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload and for how you use Outputs.

7. Enforcement

We may:

  • Block prompts and outputs that appear to violate this AUP
  • Issue strikes; auto-ban after repeated violations; immediately ban zero-tolerance cases
  • Preserve limited operational metadata needed for security, billing, or legal obligations
  • Refuse service in jurisdictions where we cannot operate lawfully

Privacy-first design means we do not store your full chat history by default on our servers. Generation-time safety checks may run on the server for prohibited categories. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect.
